Sarah Daniel
Sarah has 15 years of integrated marketing and operational experience where she has managed global teams and programs for an array of Fortune 500 companies. She leads Prominate’s global promotional material implementations across their 70 offices worldwide. Working in tandem with a brands marketing and procurement leads, Sarah ensures operational and strategic objectives are realised.  Sarah is passionate about client service and pioneers the standard for Prominate’s global business delivering lasting results and relationships. Sarah will be hosting the Roundtable ‘Why go global? The benefits and challenges of implementing a global promotional material solution’ on the 12 November.
Bill Duggan

Bill Duggan is group executive vice president at ANA (Association of National Advertisers) with responsibilities focused on management of the organization’s portfolio of marketing/media committees and associated conferences, as well as thought leadership. He has played a lead role in the development of recent ANA white papers including Enhancing Client/Agency Relationships, Advertising is Going Native, Fraud in Digital Advertising and also manages the ANA Transparency Task Force. He is an active contributor to the ANA Marketing Maestros blog.

Mr. Duggan joined ANA in 2000, bringing extensive marketing and advertising experience gained on the agency side. He worked in account management at Grey Advertising for 16 years, supervising major clients including Canon U.S.A. (winning two Effie Awards for effective advertising), Kraft Foods, SmithKline Beecham, and Sara Lee. He has been an adjunct faculty member at New York University’s Stern School of Business, teaching advertising management on both the graduate and undergraduate levels, and has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from New York University.

David Houle is a futurist, thinker and speaker.   Houle spent more than 20 years in media and entertainment. He has worked at NBC, CBS and was part of the senior executive team that created and launched MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1 and CNN Headline News

 Houle has won a number of awards.  He won two Emmys, the prestigious George Foster Peabody award and the Heartland award for “Hank Aaron: Chasing the Dream”. He was also nominated for an Academy Award.

Houle is consistently ranked as one of the top futurists and futurist keynote speakers on the major search engines and in the world today.  In the last five years he has delivered keynotes on six continents and twelve countries. He is often called “the CEOs’ Futurist” having spoken to or advised 2,500+ CEOs and business owners in the past seven years.
 In February 2010 he also became a featured contributor to and his column can be found at .  His eight-year old blog, with the tag line “A Future Look at Today” is one of the world’s most respected futurist blogs.  In 2013 he launched a curated visual look into the future.

 Houle is a successful author of six books. His first book, the influential and highly acclaimed “The Shift Age” was published in 2008.  His second book, “Shift Ed: A Call to Action for Transforming K-12 Education” was published in April 2011 by Corwin.   “The New Health Age: the Future of Healthcare and Medicine in America” was published by Sourcebooks in December 2011 and became a #1 category best seller on Amazon.  His fourth book, “Entering the Shift Age” was published by Sourcebooks in January 2013 and reached #1 best seller in the category of Business Planning and Forecasting. He published the already influential short eBook “Is Privacy Dead?  The Future of Privacy in the Digital Age” in November 2013.  In September 2014  “Brand Shift:  The Future of Brands and Marketing” written with co-author Owen Shapiro was published.

Melinda is Chief Marketing Officer of Extreme Reach, the cloud technology platform for TV & Video ad workflow and Talent & Rights management. She spearheads all aspects of the company’s global marketing and communications in addition to driving market research, product development strategy and sales enablement.

Melinda’s career spans the massive evolution of the ad industry over the last 25+ years, spending 15 years on the ad agency side and a decade at A+E Networks. Prior to joining Extreme Reach in 2015, she was CMO at Tremor Video, a video advertising technology company for brand marketing.

If it has to do with finances or infrastructure, Lisa is on it.  Since joining Colle+McVoy in 2000, she has designed, implemented and enhanced a sophisticated financial reporting and planning system to support the agency and client reporting requirements.  From the day to day details to the big picture stuff, Lisa ensures that Colle+McVoy maintains an entrepreneurial and creative spirit.  Her leadership has helped transform Colle+McVoy into a nationally recognized agency that continues to grow.  When not working, she’s probably rollerblading, gardening or cheering madly at a volleyball match.

Mike has over 18 years’ experience in Promotional Materials working with a wide range of large multinationals, implementing global Promotional Material programs in close partnership with the client Global Category Manager/Procurement Marketing Manager. He is responsible for the strategic development of Prominate, major new client opportunities, and global client strategy. Mike will be hosting the Roundtable ‘Why go global? Mike is experienced in both procurement and meetings/event management, having worked with companies such as Citibank, Ernst and Young (EY) and several non-profit associations.  While at Citi, Mike worked on various procurement change management initiatives related to saves reporting, contract auditing, and contract management. Mike’s event management experience spans gala dinners, association meetings and street parades/festivals.

Mike is looking forward to leveraging his expertise to create an educational, insightful, and entertaining experience for ProcureCon Travel’s delegates, speakers, and sponsors.  Outside of ProcureCon you can find Mike on the slopes in Italy, Canada, US, and Switzerland in the never-ending pursuit of fresh powder.
