Pricing & Discounts

Stuff you need to know:

• *To qualify for the complimentary pass, you must work in the corporate procurement function of your company. If you work for a company that provides a solution to procurement professionals, you do not qualify for this pass. Agencies receive the vendor rate. Not the practitioner rate.
• Limit of 2 passes per company.
• Solution provider registrations will be reviewed for the correct rate and will not be admitted to event if they do not pay the correct rate. We will not be responsible for travel costs if you do not wish to pay the correct rate.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify anyone’s Complimentary Pass registration at any time, at the attendee's expense.
• Attendees registered for complimentary passes must: (1) Check in and pick up name badge at the conference registration (2) If invited, must attend event activities that may include sponsored activities such as a an official ProcureCon Marketing lunch or tasting event. All other events will be facilitated via RSVP by the ProcureCon Marketing/ WBR staff (3) Complete the profiling survey within two weeks of receiving the survey link in your welcome email.
• Complimentary Pass Attendees who fail to meet the above requirement will be liable for a $500 cancellation fee. For sponsored networking event: Should your schedule change on site for emergency, please see the Meeting Planner onsite at the registration desk immediately to adjust your schedule accordingly and how to rectify your obligations. Your credit card will not be charged if you meet the requirements above. You have up to 8 (eight) days before the event takes place to cancel with no charge. You can make changes to the name on the pass at any time.
• To secure your complimentary pass, please provide the credit card to be charged in the event that you are unable to attend.
• Hotel accommodations and travel are not included in the conference ticket price.
• All Others Include: Any service provider to a procurement professional including software vendors, internet developers, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants. Worldwide Business Research reserves the right to enforce the appropriate rate.
• Discounts: Discounted rates are on offer only to procurement practitioners.
• Accommodation is not included in the above price packages, but we have secured a special discount rate at the hotel for our attendees. Once registered, you will receive your hotel discount code from our customer service department.
• A 6.35% sales tax will be added for Connecticut residents.
• Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
