                            Roger Battacharia is the Director of Commercial Global Procurement at Regeneron, where he and his team oversee the Commercial Sales Enablement and Medical Affairs categories on a global scale. With a career spanning both procurement and marketing, Roger brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role.
Before joining Regeneron, Roger served as Head of Marketing Procurement for North America at Diageo, where he drove strategic initiatives in managing agency partnerships and marketing investments. His career foundation, however, was built in brand marketing, where he worked with iconic global brands such as Snapple, Pepsi, and Lipton Iced Tea, taking on roles of increasing responsibility.
Roger’s expertise extends beyond the client side—he has also worked on the agency side, supporting renowned global brands within Unilever’s portfolio, as well as Bacardi, Brown-Forman, Pernod Ricard, and Constellation. This dual perspective allowed Roger to develop a deep understanding of brand-building strategies and agency collaboration.
At Pernod Ricard, Roger held leadership roles across various functions, including leading the Commercial Insights team, managing the Jameson brand team, and serving as Brand Director for the tequila portfolio.
Today, Roger leverages his unique blend of brand marketing, agency, and procurement expertise to drive value at Regeneron. His ability to manage agency partnerships and optimize global marketing spend makes him a key player in aligning business objectives with creative execution.
