As founder of Way Better Partners, Robin is on a mission to improve the health of business partnerships. Her focus is on building positive and productive ways of working that enhance the performance, productivity, and culture of the team. Way Better Partners helps marketing teams, agencies and teams diagnose and understand the common partnership pain points and pitfalls. When left unchecked these can result in lost productivity, churn, and long term, even a decision to part ways. Once we diagnose the pain points and ways of working that aren’t working, we’ll co-design new ways of working, evolve processes, or design new systems that lead to better, healthier and more sustainable partnerships. Given the many forces of change impacting our business (AI, technology, automation, etc), Robin is working to optimize the human side of performance.
Prior to Way Better Partners, Robin’s 35-year career journey at Omnicom took her from advertising Copywriter to CEO of TBWA\WorldHealth, a leading advertising agency focused on Pharma brands. Under Robin’s leadership, the agency grew and won top creative honors, but Robin is most proud of the culture that she and her leadership team built at TBWA\WorldHealth. Her fierce focus on growth mindset and healthy client relationships resulted in record employee and client retention. The agency was twice named Med Ad News Agency of the Year.
Robin’s industry leadership includes serving as 2019 Cannes Lions Pharma Jury President, Board member for the 4As, and Co-Chair of the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame. Robin gives back to her community through local board work, as well as mentoring first-generation high school students pursuing a 4-year college education. Robin’s three children Aaron, Bennett, and Maddie and her husband Harlan share a love of cooking, live music, and simply spending time together.
