Neil Schloss is the Sourcing Manager for Indirect Procurement at Perdue Farms Inc. supporting IT and Marketing sourcing requirements. He holds a BSIE from University of Buffalo and MBA from New York Institute of Technology.    He has held leadership roles for Direct and Indirect procurement areas for more than 30 years in a variety of verticals.  They would include heavy industrial organizations like Carrier Air Conditioning, Black & Decker – Kwikset Div., Financial, Insurance and most recently CPG - food processing.  He has extensive experience with e-Procurement deployment and effective Procurement engagement within early project creation.  He enjoys golf, racquetball and family while living in Scottsdale, AZ
