Ashley Flood is a strategic business leader whose career spans over two decades in traditional and digital media, advertising sales, and client-growth operations. Before joining We Are Rosie, she held a leadership role at Twitter, where she helped establish the company’s CPG business and managed major partnerships with Fortune 500 brands. She also held roles at Google, Starcom Worldwide, and the American Red Cross. As Chief Client Officer at We Are Rosie, Ashley oversees Business Development, Client Experience, and Marketing. Her team partners with more than 225 of the world’s most ambitious brands, including 15 Fortune 100s, and is known for casting exceptional talent to solve real brand challenges. Ashley has been recognized for her dedication to building high-trust teams and is a proud advocate of flexible work models, drawing on her own experience of growing her career while balancing the demands of life and leadership. A graduate of DePauw University with a BA in Communications, Ashley lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Ginger.
