Aaron is a dynamic, growth-oriented executive with 15+ years of experience working at startup to Fortune 10 companies. He leans on his multi-disciplinary expertise across Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy to unlock meaningful change for complex business challenges and processes. Aaron leads a team of Marketing Investment and Procurement professionals across all of AT&T’s businesses and brands.

His team specializes in enabling Marketing Financial Management processes to drive greater MROI discussions within planning, budgeting, and analytical conversations all under the umbrella of driving growth in the business. Before his current role, Aaron worked within the AT&T Corporate Strategy organization solving challenges for the entire company while also spending time leading strategy within AT&T’s LATAM portfolio (SKY, DIRECTV, Vrio). Prior to AT&T, Aaron spent time at firms like Dish, Ancestry, and IBM within Finance and Product roles. At Ancestry, Aaron partnered with Marketing teams across various countries and regions, led teams within FP&A and Investor Relations and participated in both a IPO and LBO processes.

Aaron holds an MBA in Marketing from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BA in Corporate Finance from Brigham Young University. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife and four children
